With the spectacular rise in the popularity of mixed martial arts, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that the UFC games have become a very marketable series. With the previous games being pretty solid endeavours, I’m pretty shocked to find out that UFC has jumped ship and is now an EA Sports property.
This is great news for grappling fans since EA Sports MMA was a fantastic property that seemed to fail strictly based on the fact it didn’t have a recognizable roster.
We can look forward to a new yearly UFC property sometime in the near future.
