Microsoft’s week-long announcements of special Xbox One bundles continues for the fifth day, and this time, it’s Fallout 4‘s turn to get an exclusive bundle for the holiday season.
Today marks day five in a week full of bundles, where we showed you how we’re delivering more Xbox One options and value this holiday.
And today, we’re thrilled to give fans the opportunity to “welcome home” the ultimate Fallout experience, with the Xbox One Fallout 4 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, the critically-acclaimed Fallout 4, and a full-game download of Fallout 3.
Experience the next generation of open-world gaming from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of Fallout 3and Skyrim. Play and store more games than ever, including Fallout 3 and other Xbox 360 games, with the 1TB hard drive and Xbox One Backward Compatibility. And don’t forget, Fallout 4 players will be able to play PC mods free, first on Xbox One.
Microsoft are making a bold statement by promising that the Xbox One will provide the definitive console experience of Fallout 4, and it’s no mystery as to why. Bethesda’s Todd Howard told crowds back at E3 in June that Xbox One players would be able to download and play any and all PC mods for the game, receiving rapturous applause in the process.
While Howard has stated he wants to do the same for the PlayStation 4, he’s been coy in regards to giving a firm date for when owners of Sony’s console will be able to do so.
The Xbox One Fallout 4 bundle will be available in North America in November, and will be priced at $399.
