7) Manhunter
Kate Spencer AKA Manhunter is a character with a lot of potential and one that DC have not used well enough in their adaptations so far. She did sort of make an appearance in a few episodes of Arrow’s first two seasons, but it still wasn’t the fully-fledged character from the comics. Hopefully, a Harley Quinn movie can find a place for her to make up for that.
[zergpaid]A federal prosecutor, Spencer grows increasingly tired of seeing criminals get off scot-free, so she decides to do something about it. As Manhunter, Spencer channels her inner Frank Castle and isn’t afraid to kill the bad guys if she deems it necessary. Her no-holds-barred methods often bring her into conflict with her teammates on the Birds of Prey, but something tells us that her and Harley Quinn would get on like a house on fire.
