There has been a lot of revisiting old fairy tales in movies lately, most recently we’ve seen Red Riding Hood and Beastly. It’s becoming a trend but I admit to being intrigued with The Brothers Grimm: Snow White, mainly because of Singh’s past work. The Fall and The Cell were both interesting movies that had a great style to them, combining striking colors with a surreal tone. The biggest question I have about this new take on Snow White is if little people are going to be cast as the dwarves or if they are going to use normal sized people with computer graphics. Or maybe forced perspective to make them look smaller like Peter Jackson did with Lord of the Rings.
