On that note, MCU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad, who has a pretty good track record when it comes to Marvel intel, has some ideas of how the early scenes from the highly anticipated Avengers: Infinity War sequel could play out.

For one thing, Conrad agrees with the previous rumors that there’ll likely be a time jump at the start of next year’s release. With this in mind, it’s said that you probably shouldn’t expect to see the emotional reunion between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers, except perhaps in flashback. If this is indeed the route that the Russo Brothers go down, then Conrad suggests that this flashback could form part of a sequence in which a character explains to Scott Lang everything he missed during his lengthy sojourn in the Quantum Realm.

Overall, we’re not seeing anything to strongly object to here, even if this all remains unverifiable for the time being. In related news, we also recently got some leaked toy descriptions which suggested that Tony and Scott could be journeying into the much talked-about city of the Quantum Realm. Once more, such reports should be approached with a degree of healthy skepticism, but it’s pretty much confirmed by now that the upcoming flick will find some way of working this mysterious place into the action.

In any case, we’ll find out how the Russos will be juggling their many characters and plotlines when Avengers 4 hits theaters on May 3rd, 2019.
