Another Avengers 4 Theory Outlines How The Soul Stone Can Defeat Thanos

Over on YouTube, Webhead has presented his latest Avengers 4 theory which suggests that the Soul Stone may be used to defeat Thanos.

Could the Soul Stone turn out to be the Mad Titan’s downfall?

That’s the latest Avengers 4 theory presented by Webhead, who claims that the cosmic ingot Thanos worked so hard to acquire – he did sacrifice Gamora, after all – may be used against him come 2019.

This hunch is actually quite similar to previous Avengers 4 theories in that it suggests Gamora and all of those heroes who perished at the tail-end of Infinity War (see: Spider-Man et. al) are actually trapped inside the Soul Stone, which appears to house a strange, dream-like dimension based on the Mad Titan’s post-Vormir hallucination.

All of this leads Webhead to propose that the Soul Stone’s near-limitless power will be able to resurrect those fallen Avengers, just as it was able to wipe out half the known universe with a snap of the Mad Titan’s giant, purple fingers.

“My theory suggests that maybe Gamora and all of the Dead Avengers are actually inside the Soul Stone and they are not actually dead,” he says. “Maybe the dead Avengers and Gamora will be resurrected in Avengers 4 and they will take down Thanos. Or maybe Gamora will use the power of the Soul Stone to communicate with Thanos in Avengers 4 and try to break him down mentally.”

It’s all hearsay for now, of course, as Marvel Studios still has Ant-Man and the Wasp and the long-anticipated Captain Marvel to contend with before it can begin promoting Avengers 4 in all of its glory.

But when that time comes, and the Russo Brothers prepare to launch their conclusive sequel, all eyes in the movie business will be placed upon Marvel’s so-far untitled sequel. No pressure, then…
