Marvel Insider Says We’ll Get An Avengers 5

It seems Earth's Mightiest Heroes are not done just yet, as an insider posted on Reddit that Avengers 5 will happen one day.

By the time the 182nd minute crosses Avengers: Endgame, a lot of the stories we’ve known for years appear to be closed.

To start off, Captain America’s finally reunited with his beloved Peggy after decades. Thor’s passed over the keys to Asgard and joined up with the Guardians of the Galaxy – much to the dismay of Star-Lord. And perhaps most importantly, Tony Stark, the (iron) man who started it all, was killed in the successful effort to stop Thanos.

With all these headliners seemingly out of the picture, it’s hard to imagine where Earth’s Mightiest Heroes could possibly go from here. But regardless, a verified and trusted insider announced on Reddit yesterday that Marvel will indeed be bringing us an Avengers 5 sometime in the future.

“There will be a 5th Avengers,” user TheMarvelScoopMaster bluntly stated.

A few months ago, a source close to We Got This Covered provided us with similar intel, hinting that the next film will focus on the Young Avengers, as they’re known in the comics. Specifically, we’d been informed that the rejuvenated roster will be made up of Kate Bishop’s Hawkeye, Hulkling, Iron Lad, Patriot, Wiccan, Stature and Vision (not Paul Bettany’s version).

As TheMarvelScoopMaster offers additional and similar information, the likelihood of this project increases, though still nothing’s been confirmed in any way, shape or form by the studio. In fact, the only other information we’ve heard is that Marvel plans to release a new Avengers movie on July 29th, 2022. The only problem is, and we cannot stress this enough, we don’t know what form it’ll take or if that date is even official.

Though we think we know the answer, tell us, do you want Avengers 5 to happen? Or is the thought of moving on to different heroes too much to consider so close to Endgame? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
