As you can guess, Twitter has had a field day reacting to Jeremy Renner’s new do, which we shall henceforth be calling a “grief haircut.”

So, half the world has died, but hey, even a hero has got to look after number one.

Some people deal with death in weird ways…

Alternatively, maybe it wasn’t Clint’s decision and his mohawk came about by Thanos choosing an unfortunate time to snap his fingers.

Or maybe hair follicles count as living creatures and were affected by the Snap, too?

When you think about it, Ronin isn’t the best name Clint could have rechristened himself with. In fact, one fan came up with something far superior.

Poor Hawkeye, always the butt of the joke going right the way back to 2012’s The Avengers. Maybe Avengers: Endgame will see him finally prove to people though that, even when armed with just a bow and arrow, he’s just as indispensable to the safety of the universe as the rest of the heroes.
