Looking at the designs from left to right, the first in this line of previously rumored suits is the Mark 41, which featured as part of the Iron Legion in 2013’s Iron Man 3. Next up is the Mark 5, which we first saw worn by Tony Stark during the racetrack fight with Ivan Vanko in 2010’s Iron Man 2. On the far right, meanwhile, is the original Mark 1 that Tony built in a cave back in 2008’s Iron Man.

Though little is known about how these outfits might make a comeback in the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, you can imagine that Marvel’s Phase 3 finale will deliver quite a few callbacks like this as it brings the saga full circle. If an older leak is anything to go by, then the three figurines may well feature as part of a hall of armors LEGO set, in which case, these may not be the only suits from Tony’s previous outings to make an appearance.

In any case, it’s looking increasingly likely that Avengers: Endgame will serve as Robert Downey Jr.’s MCU swan song, but going by the various concept art that’s surfaced in the last year, Tony should be adding at least one more outfit to his collection before he gets out of the game. After that, we’ll find out if a quiet retirement, a tragic fate, or something else entirely awaits Marvel Studios’ first hero when the film hits theaters on April 26th, 2019.
