At the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tony Stark unveiled a new suit he’d designed for Peter Parker and come the Avengers: Infinity War trailer, we got to see Spidey’s new threads in action. Or at least, that’s what we think, as Marvel still hasn’t commented on the matter.

Now, however, a new leak from the film’s tie-in merchandise has more or less confirmed it. A shot of the packaging for an upcoming Thor figure from Funko POP reveals the next wave of vinyl models based on the characters of Infinity War. It’ll include Iron Man, Thor, bearded Captain America, teen Groot, Iron Man in Hulkbuster armour and, on the dark side, Thanos and three of his stooges who make up his elite squad, the Black Order – namely, Covus Glaive, Ebony Maw and Proxima Midnight.

What’s most interesting, however, is the new version of Spidey, which is dubbed the Iron Spider. Check it out in the gallery below:

Of course, even despite the label here, this POP figure doesn’t necessarily confirm that the suit will be referred to as the Iron Spider within the movie. For instance, the Hulkbuster wasn’t called that when it previously appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Still, now that we know for sure that it’s the Iron Spider armour, it suggests that a key feature of the comics version of the suit will appear in the film: the extra robotic limbs.

The Thor POP leak also reveals a rare look at the Asgardian king’s new weapon. Following on from Mjolnir’s destruction in Thor: Ragnarok, Infinity War will see him pick up a special axe known as Jarnbjorn. Likewise, it seems that Thor has both his eyes back in working order in the movie.

The explanation for that is still unknown, but all will be revealed when Avengers: Infinity War arrives in cinemas on May 4th.
