Spider-Man in Avengers: Infinity War

More Avengers: Infinity War Toys Give Us New Look At The Iron Spider

Earth's Mightiest Heroes will be sporting some sweet new clothes in Avengers: Infinity War. From Tony Stark's so-called Prime Armor to Thor and his mighty Jarnbjorn – a Dwarven-forged battle ax that will soon replace Mjolnir in the God of Thunder's arsenal – Marvel's costumed crusaders are gearing up for a whole new era. And there is perhaps no better example of that evolution in action than Peter Parker and his revamped Iron Spider suit.

From Tony Stark’s so-called Prime Armor to Thor and his mighty Jarnbjorn – a Dwarven-forged battle ax that will soon replace Mjolnir in the God of Thunder’s arsenal – Marvel’s costumed crusaders are gearing up for a whole new era. And there is perhaps no better example of that evolution in action than Peter Parker and his revamped Iron Spider suit.

Initially showcased to the wide-eyed Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming, the Iron Spider armor is another headline-worthy creation from Stark Industries and now, thanks to some new Funko Pop toys, we’ve got another look at it. In fact, it’s not only Spidey’s new suit that’s on display here, as we also have figures of Groot, Ebony Maw, Cap, Iron Man and more. Admittedly, and unfortunately, the photos are a bit blurry, but check them out in the gallery below and see if you can spot anything worthwhile.

Again, while there is quite a bit here, the poor quality of the pics makes it hard to really take much away from them. Besides, we should be getting a way better look at all our favorite heroes in no time at all. That’s because Marvel is expected to debut a brand new trailer for the film during tomorrow night’s Super Bowl, and if it’s anything like that first preview, then we’re surely in for a treat.

It’s been a long time coming, but now, after 10 years and 17 films’ worth of build-up – Black Panther notwithstanding – Avengers: Infinity War is finally prepped and ready to deliver a huge climax on May 4th. The fight against the Mad Titan won’t end there, though, as Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will assemble one final time the following year, on May 3rd, to take down Thanos once and for all.
