New Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice Poster Recycles Some Familiar Imagery

Now that we’re in 2016, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is beginning to feel very close, and while the movie’s marketing campaign will no doubt really pick up in the coming weeks, a cool new poster has been released to remind us all that it’s still on the way. It may recycle the first character banners which were released last year, but still makes for a striking piece of imagery to promote this highly anticipated release.

Funnily enough, this new Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice poster is currently on display in New York City, and while it’s not identical to the one which could be seen in Times Square in I Am Legend way back in 2007, it’s still kind of amazing to think that this movie is really happening (especially as many fans thought that that Easter Egg was the closest we’d ever come to seeing it).

Starring Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman and Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to open in theaters on March 25th, 2016.
