Ryan Coogler’s already impressive Black Panther cast continues to expand today with the addition of up-and-coming Ready Player One actress Letitia Wright, who will take on the role of Serita.

I’m not that well versed on Black Panther‘s supporting characters, but as far as I know Serita is not a main player in the Marvel comics lore. Variety, who broke the story, don’t offer any other details, though they do confirm that she’s a Wakandan. It may turn out that Serita is a member of the Royal Family, but then again, it’s just as likely that she’ll be allied with T’Challa’s mortal enemy, Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan).

22-year-old British actress Letitia Wright got her big break when she beat out stiff competition for a key role in Steven Spielberg’s adaptation of Ready Player One, but she may also be familiar to fans of BBC’s beloved sci-fi series, Doctor Who. Wright has also appeared in lesser-known shows such as Cucumber and Chasing Shadows.

Black Panther is set to hit theaters on February 16th, 2o18. Following his debut in Captain America: Civil War, Chadwick Boseman will reprise the role of T’Challa, and he’ll be joined by the likes of Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Forest Whitaker, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke and Florence Kasumba.
