Bryan Cranston Wouldn’t Mind A Breaking Bad Movie

According to the LA Times, the adventures of Walter White may not end when the show takes its final bow on AMC. In speaking with actor Bryan Cranston, who stars on the network's hit show Breaking Bad, it was revealed that a movie isn't being ruled out. Though the show is set to end this season, which is being split in half, Cranston says that there's too much story and they could easily go past the upcoming sixteen episodes.

According to the LA Times, the adventures of Walter White may not end when the show takes its final bow on AMC. In speaking with actor Bryan Cranston, who stars on the network’s hit show Breaking Bad, it was revealed that a movie isn’t being ruled out. Though the show is set to end this season, which is being split in half, Cranston says that there’s too much story and they could easily go past the upcoming sixteen episodes.

“Vince feels that now we have too much story,” Cranston says, laughing. “We could actually go beyond those 16 episodes. A movie isn’t far-fetched. I wouldn’t mind visiting that possibility. And this is coming from a guy who doesn’t know anything of how the show’s going to end. If it doesn’t end up in a total apocalypse, who knows? Maybe we could revisit Walter White a year down the road and see where his life has gone. If he’s still alive, that is.”

Of course, the most important thing here is what Cranston says at the end. There’s no guarantee that Walt will survive the show, he may very well die. It’d be a bold move killing him off but I wouldn’t put it past the writers. That being said, it they do indeed have that much story then I’m all for seeing a film, why not? If there’s more story to tell then I say, bring it on.

What do you think? Could a Breaking Bad movie work?
