Captain Marvel Leads Iron Man And Captain America In New Avengers: Endgame Promo Art

Though the spoiler-conscious Marvel Studios has yet to release any footage of Captain Marvel in Avengers: Endgame, this latest batch of leaked promo art sure isn’t trying to hide her, with the MCU’s most powerful hero showing up on t-shirts, logos and even bottles of Coke.

One image even has Carol Danvers taking center stage as Captain America and Iron Man stand behind her. While the heroine has yet to even make her MCU debut, clearly Marvel isn’t shy about their intention to make her the new face of the franchise, though the fact that she has two movies coming in the next two months presumably also factors into her prominence in all this promotional material.

Of course, if Marvel really wants to capitalize on the success of Captain Marvel to up the anticipation for Endgame (not that the film needs any further boosting), then it seems inevitable that Carol will be showing up in some Endgame preview footage sooner or later. Perhaps she’ll even make an appearance in the movie’s next trailer, which is expected to drop shortly after Captain Marvel’s opening weekend.

In the meantime, Carol’s solo movie is looking to be more than enough to hype up her arrival in Endgame, with the film earning a positive social media response from early viewers and similarly impressive presales. Domestic opening weekend projections, meanwhile, have ranged from Researcher Exhibitor Relations’ promising forecast of $118 million, to Box Office Pro’s even better estimate of $160 million. You can judge for yourself if Captain Marvel is worth all the excitement when the film hits theaters on March 8th, before Carol joins her fellow heroes in Avengers: Endgame on April 26th.
