One eagle-eyed Instagram user has posted a photo and video designed to take you up close and personal with the Power Rangers movie costumes. First spotted by Coming Soon, you can check them out above and below.

With a March 24 release date in place for Dean Israelite’s live-action reboot, this will likely be the first of many, many photos and videos showcasing the color-coded suits in all of their otherworldly glory. That’s because, much like Paramount’s Transformers before it, Lionsgate will no doubt stage a big merchandise push henceforth. The only issue here though is that the studio runs the risk of spoiling minor story elements – the appearance of the Megazord, for instance – ahead of schedule.

No spoilers here, of course, as we’ve already caught a glimpse of the Power Rangers movie costumes in action via the film’s first trailer. Expect plenty more official reveals from now until release but in the meantime, allow Instagram user Michael Angeloming to shed new light on those suits of armor.

Among those newcomers who will be jumping into the suits early next year is Dacre Montgomery, the up-and-comer who has already booked a place in Stranger Things season 2. He’ll take point as the Red Ranger, with Naomi Scott playing the Pink Ranger, Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger, Becky Gomez as the Yellow Ranger and RJ Cyler as the Blue Ranger. Elizabeth Banks, Bryan Cranston and Bill Hader round out the ensemble.

Power Rangers opens on March 24, 2017.
