With The Dark Knight Rises currently in production, news on 2012’s most anticipated film is pouring out quickly. Recently, AICN posted what they think is a first look at Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises.

This is in no way official but on the other hand, the studio hasn’t denied it either. So without confirmation or denial, it’s really up in the air regarding whether it is real or not. It looks fake to me but if it is, then why hasn’t Warner Bros. denied it?

One thing to keep in mind though is that The Dark Knight Rises has more rumors and speculation surrounding it than any other film out there. And without confirmation from Warner Bros. or Nolan, nothing should be taken too seriously.

The first look we got at Tom Hardy as Bane looked a lot more professional and real than this picture. For me personally, I’m not buying it, I don’t think this picture holds any real merit. But I guess only time will tell.
