Check Out Bald Matt Damon In Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium

For that select few who've always wondered what Matt Damon would look like without his hair, you might want to check out the latest pictures from Neil Blomkamp's upcoming sci-fi flick Elysium. The Bourne star has gone for a look we can only describe as Bruce Willis-ian, although that's absolutely not a term we expect to catch on. There are other bald films stars, you know.

For that select few who’ve always wondered what Matt Damon would look like without his hair, you might want to check out the latest pictures from Neill Blomkamp‘s upcoming sci-fi flick Elysium. The Bourne star has gone for a look we can only describe as Bruce Willis-ian, although that’s absolutely not a term we expect to catch on. There are other bald films stars, you know, and we pride ourselves on being a website that recognises such things.

Going by the latest pics, Damon is going to be shooting up the place Sharlto Copley-style with a futuristic gun that links directly to the frame of his body. See, I told you we’d have those eventually. For those unfamiliar with the upcoming flick, you can read the plot synopsis below:

In the year 2159 two classes of people exist: the very wealthy who live on a pristine man-made space station called Elysium, and the rest, who live on an overpopulated, ruined Earth. Secretary Rhodes (Jodie Foster), a hard line government official, will stop at nothing to enforce anti-immigration laws and preserve the luxurious lifestyle of the citizens of Elysium. That doesn’t stop the people of Earth from trying to get in, by any means they can. When unlucky Max (Matt Damon) is backed into a corner, he agrees to take on a daunting mission that if successful will not only save his life, but could bring equality to these polarized worlds.

The film also stars Wagner Moura, Sharlto Copley, William Fichtner and Diego Luna. Elysium opens on August 9th 2013.
