Now, 20th Century Fox has released the first critics TV spot for the movie, and it features some awesome new scenes as we see the Merc with a Mouth break the fourth wall and make great use of slow motion.

Speculation is already running rampant about what the studio has planned for the Deadpool franchise, and some fans believe we’ll get the sequel as soon as next year. That seems unlikely in all honesty, as they’d need to get the script written and shooting started within the next few months. Stranger things have happened, though, so we’ll just have to wait and see on that front.

Regardless, Deadpool has all the makings of a hit, and the next few weeks are going to be very interesting for this potential new superhero franchise.

Starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano, and Brianna Hildebrand, Deadpool is set to be released on February 12th, 2016.
