As we head into June now, the marketing campaign for the film is going into overdrive and it looks like Warner Bros. is really trying to steal the thunder away from both The Amazing Spider-Man and The Avengers. Judging by the promotional blitz that we’ve seen recently, I think they’re doing a good job.

As for the spot, I love the ominous and brooding feel that the it gives and I’m really hoping that Christopher Nolan can take us to some dark places with the epic conclusion to his trilogy.

Check it out below and let us know what you think.

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20th.
