From T.J. Miller’s Weasel to Negasonic Teenage Warhead, the fan-favorite mutant played once again by Brianna Hildebrand, this is another exciting preview of what is arguably the second biggest comic book movie of 2018 – after Infinity War, of course.

However, with the exception of Josh Brolin and one or two nods to Disney’s animated oeuvre, Deadpool 2 is worlds away from the superhero smackdown that is Avengers: Infinity War, and one need only look to the sequel’s raunchy trailers – not to mention those unexpected collaborations with pop queen Céline Dion – for evidence of that.

Among his superhuman posse are Domino (Zazie Beetz), Shatterstar (Lewis Tan), Bedlam (Terry Crews), Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgard) and, er, Peter W. (Rob Delaney), who throws caution to the wind in order to join Deadpool’s super-group. You know, despite the fact that he has precisely zero powers to speak of…

From the studio that killed Wolverine comes…Deadpool 2! And it’ll be with us on May 18th, by which point Infinity War‘s grip on the global box office will surely – surely – begin to wane.
