Dwayne Johnson decided to show off some guns on his Twitter page when he tweeted the first image of his character from the upcoming G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation.
“Found my gun today! M249 SAW. Guess who/what I envision in my crosshairs?” reads the tweet.
Johnson stars in the film as Roadblock. The rest of the cast in the G.I. Joe sequel includes Channing Tatum, Ray Stevenson, Ray Park, Joseph Mazello, Adiranne Palicki, Arnold Vosloo and Byung-hun Lee. It will be directed by John M. Chu, who is responsible for Step Up 2: The Streets, Step Up 3D and Justin Bieber: Never Say Never. That’s kind of an odd director choice for an action flick, but we’ll see how it turns out.
G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation will begin filming in Louisiana this month and is set to hit theaters June 29, 2012.
