Avengers Endgame Thor

Early Avengers: Endgame Review Calls It Epic, Unpredictable And Emotional

At the moment, we're less than two weeks away from Avengers: Endgame's opening weekend and I think I speak for almost everyone when I say that I've never seen anticipation from moviegoers reach this level before. True, a lot of the hype has much to do with folks wanting to see how Joe and Anthony Russo address that Infinity War cliffhanger, but it truly seems as if the entire world is just giddy with anticipation to get into theaters next week and indulge in Marvel's latest effort.

Of course, before that could happen, critics will first be posting their reviews online. From what we understand, the embargo lifts on the 23rd and though that’s still a few days away, We Got This Covered has spoken with someone who’s already seen the film and unsurprisingly, they were very, very impressed with it.

Citing it as “epic, emotional and unpredictable,” here’s what they shared with us:

I walked into Avengers: Endgame with already impossible expectations, yet the movie somehow surpasses them all!

Epic, emotional, unpredictable. You never know what’s gonna come next. Even just the first 20 minutes are absolutely nuts. Every single character gets time to shine, too. The original 6 most of all, though. The action and VFX are amazing. The final battle is the most epic fight I’ve ever seen in any show or film and the ending will make you tear up.

This is an end of an era and beginning of a new one for the MCU and the movie acts as a passing of the torch to the next generation. You cannot miss Endgame.

While the above is just one person’s opinion and the general public could end up feeling differently, we’re pretty sure that this particular critic’s thoughts will be in line with what most people feel after finally seeing Avengers: Endgame. After all, the buzz surrounding the pic as of late has only been positive and with the film set to act as the Phase 3 closer, there’s no way Marvel is going to drop the ball with it.

Not to mention that the movie is also seeing some ridiculously strong pre-sales right about now, both at home and abroad. No doubt we can expect Avengers: Endgame to obliterate the box office next weekend then, and if the critical consensus ends up being close to what you just read above, then the sky will truly be the limit for how high this sure to be epic film can climb.
