Of course, everyone was then shocked when he appeared in perhaps one of the best comic book movie scenes of all-time, and Quicksilver has, as a result, become one of the most exciting parts of next year’s X-Men: Apocalypse.

As well as returning cast members Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult, X-Men: Apocalypse will also introduce Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Lana Condor, Oscar Isaac, Ben Hardy, Olivia Munn and a number of others. The movie is set to be released on May 27th, 2016.
