With a star studded cast, that consists of Owen Wilson, Jennifer Anniston and Imogen Poots, and a handful of genuine laughs along the way, She’s Funny That Way is an energetic and entertaining film from Bogdanovich, one that shows us he’s still got what it takes to pull of slapstick comedy. It’s also a nice breath of fresh air amidst all the blockbusters that have been piling into theatres lately.
