Right now, in the wake of the relative failure of Justice League, we’ve yet to receive any updates on the projectStill, Miller has confirmed on several occasions that the film is definitely still on the way and could begin production soon. That’s all we’ve really heard, however, and fans are clearly getting antsy, as one individual has now taken it upon themselves to put together a pretty awesome poster for the pic.

As per the “Flashpoint” comic book event, this one-sheet reimagines several members of the Justice League as they would appear in the dark timeline accidentally created by Barry Allen when he goes back in time to save his mother from Reverse-Flash. In this version of history, Wonder Woman, in particular, is much more ruthless. As well as leading the Amazons, Diana goes to war with Aquaman to claim the throne of Atlantis. With the world shorter on heroes then it should be, Cyborg is Earth’s greatest champion.

The most famous Flashpoint hero is Batman, though. Here, Bruce Wayne was the one killed by Joe Chill in Crime Alley, leading his father, Thomas Wayne, to become the Dark Knight in a bid to avenge his son’s death. It’s been confirmed that Batman will be integral to the Flashpoint film and it’s widely assumed that Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be reprising his role as Thomas from Batman V Superman in the production.

Though he’s not featured on this fan poster, Superman also appears in the Flashpoint timeline. In it, his ship crashed into Metropolis, leveling the city. As such, he was snapped up by the US government and experimented on, never becoming the Man of Steel as we know him.

Flashpoint is likely to hit theater screens in 2020, but until we hear more from the studio on their plans for it, this gorgeous poster should certainly help whet your appetite.
