Fans Are Going Wild For Spider-Man: Far From Home’s Post-Credits Scenes

With midnight screenings and early morning showings, some Marvel fans have already seen Spider-Man: Far From Home and are loving the post-credits scenes.

For over a decade, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have made it a habit to sit in their seats well after the ending credits begin to roll. Starting with 2008’s Iron Man, nearly every single film in the franchise has featured one or two post-credits scenes, many of which offer a brief tease at projects that are coming down the pipeline.

While some sequences (The Avengers‘ shawarma feast, for instance) tend to be more humorous than insightful, these little clips have become a staple. While Avengers: Endgame broke with tradition when it released in April, it looks like Marvel has gotten back on the horse, because Spider-Man: Far From Home features not just one, but two post-credit scenes for fans to salivate over.

We won’t go into every nitty-gritty detail of what happens, but if you haven’t yet had the chance to see Far From Home, or if you’re trying to avoid ruining it for yourself, we recommend reading a different article. With that spoiler warning in place, let’s continue.

As you can imagine, fans have been going nuts for these scenes (which feature, among other things, a huge Skrull-related reveal and a very surprising cameo), and it doesn’t take a lot of internet sleuthing to see what the general consensus is.

Here are just a few of the Twitter reactions we’ve found in the wild:

Needless to say, a few of us here at We Got This Covered already had the chance to check out Spider-Man: Far From Home, and just like other Marvel fans, we’re excited to see what direction the series takes from here. At the very least, we’re hopeful that we won’t have to wait too long to see Peter Parker back on the big screen again. Especially given how one of the post-credits scenes left things off for him.
