Bookending the team are co-directors Anthony and Joe Russo, along with executive producer Trinh Tran. Starting from the far left, the stars include Danai Gurira of Okoye fame and Scarlet Witch actress Elizabeth Olsen, the latter of whom is set to reprise her role in the upcoming WandaVision TV show.

One star who looks to have ended her run in the MCU, meanwhile, is Gwyneth Paltrow, who finally got to suit up in the Rescue armor in her presumed final outing. Next up is Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, who’s expected to return for her own solo sequel. After that, comes Evangeline Lilly as the Wasp, followed by Letitia Wright as Shuri.

The team is rounded out by Guardians of the Galaxy regulars Pom Klementieff, Zoe Saldana and Karen Gillan. It’s generally assumed that all three actresses will be back for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, though the fate of Gamora in particular remains a little mysterious. For what it’s worth, back in 2017, James Gunn hinted that he had big plans for Saldana’s character in Vol. 3. And seeing how the heroine’s arc remains unresolved, we can probably expect the director to follow through on his tease.

In any case, while this single Avengers: Endgame sequence packed a whole load of star power, one major heroine who was sadly absent from the final battle was Natasha Romanoff. Still, she’ll be getting the spotlight all to herself in the Black Widow solo movie, which is most likely headed for theaters next year. In the meantime, Marvel is set to finish off their 2019 slate with the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home on July 2nd.
