Both Spider-Man: Homecoming and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 look set to receive the spotlight at Brazil’s CCXP this coming weekend, and now the teaser poster for the latter has seemingly found its way online.
As you can see below, it puts the spotlight on the iconic symbol which will adorn the chest of Tom Holland’s wall-crawler. If this is indeed Spider-Man: Homecoming‘s first poster, it’s fairly simple, but it does make a bold statement that there’s a new Peter Parker in town following The Amazing Spider-Man movies.
The Brazilian Twitter account which shared this photo also claims that the first trailer for Jon Watts’ upcoming reboot will be shown at the event on Friday, and while past reports have pointed to it being attached to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story next month, this may very well be a sign that it’ll show up online sooner rather than later. Even if that isn’t the case, it’s possible that a bootleg version will leak onto the web, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
With Spider-Man: Homecoming just eight months or so away now, it’s about time that we get a sneak peek of some kind, and it looks like it’ll finally be here next month. Fingers crossed that Marvel Studios delivers, eh?
