Gorgeous ‘The Flash’ banner breaks the timeline by actually making Ezra Miller’s suit look good

Hype for this movie is reaching it's peak.

An over-designed and complicated mess, The Flash’s suit is one of the worst leftovers from Zack Snyder’s era of the DC Extended Universe. But now it looks as if fans will finally be treated to a truly glorious and comic-accurate version thanks to the upcoming solo movie.

The Flash will mark the end for most of Snyder’s contributions to the DCU, with many of the casting choices and ideas he introduced being shown the door to make way for James Gunn’s reboot of the whole franchise. But one thing that’s already gone is the awful suit from previous entries. The latest poster for the upcoming film gives us a good look at the new design and fans are thrilled.

Barry’s suit looked mostly improvised for his debut in Justice League. Many fans complained about it looking too technical, almost like some kind of futuristic armor. This version is so much more sleek and comic-accurate. The banner also shows Michael Keaton’s Batman and Sasha Calle’s Supergirl in the background, only adding to the awesome feeling of the pic.

Not everyone is hyped for the new suit, though, as there have been some criticisms recently regarding the bulkiness of the thing. Either way, we can all agree that this is one of the best live-action versions of the suit, and definitely an improvement over what Ezra Miller was wearing in Justice League.

It’s safe to say that the poster has people buzzing for the movie’s release. While some aren’t ready to forgive Miller for their actions last year, the movie looks like it will be an excellent end to an era of DC movies plagued with misfires and controversy.

The Flash is set to hit theaters on June 6.
