After weeks – nay, months – of pent-up demand and gleeful anticipation, Marvel Studios nearly broke the internet earlier this morning with the reveal of Avengers: Infinity War‘s new and likely final trailer.

Either way, it was our first full-length preview of Joe and Anthony Russo’s event movie to end all event movies, which assembles the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe in time for the arrival of Thanos, whose plan for total galactic rule involves rounding up all six Infinity Stones – including the elusive Soul Stone – by which point he’ll be able to wipe out half the universe simply by clicking his fingers. Suffice it to say, Iron Man and co. are up against it.

Following hot on the heel’s of this morning’s mind-blowing trailer though was a gorgeous new poster, placing Thanos front and center. That’s fitting, really, given that he’s about to come face-to-face with an entire army of costumed crusaders. All of which are seen alongside the Mad Titan on the one-sheet. Well, all except Mr. Clint Barton.

Yes, Hawkeye continues to be left on the sidelines when it comes to Infinity War‘s marketing campaign but finally, the fans have had enough. Taking to social media, several individuals have done some work on the poster we got earlier today, ensuring that Mr. Barton gets his time in the spotlight.

Pretty awesome, eh? While it’s disappointing that we still haven’t had an official look at Hawkeye, we wouldn’t be too concerned about the studio leaving him out of the marketing campaign. It’s almost definitely because of spoilers and not because he doesn’t have a big role in the pic. After all, Renner recently told us that the film will do “wondrous things” with the character.

What exactly that means, we don’t know, but we don’t have long left before we see Barton and the rest of the gang back on the big screen, as the Avengers will assemble to take down the Mad Titan once and for all on April 27th, when Infinity War storms into theaters.
