With the first part of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit only three months away from release, we’re starting to see several marketing materials hit the net including first looks and new images.
Today, thanks to Comic Book Movie, we have several new pics from the upcoming film. Many of them are simple character portraits, but we do get a couple group shots, and even a pair of pics of Bag End.
These are great pics and all, only further increasing my anticipation for the return to Middle Earth, but at this point, I would really like to see another trailer. The last we heard about a new trailer was when Jackson himself told us that we wouldn’t be getting another one until September. Here we are about halfway through the month and we still haven’t seen one pop up, so hopefully it won’t be too much longer before it happens.
Until then, enjoy these glimpses of things to come.
