International Trailer For Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Is Effectively Intriguing

A new international trailer for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy has made its way online. I don't think the film needs an introduction anymore but in case you don't keep up with your movie news, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy is the upcoming film from Swedish director Tomas Alfredson (Let The Right One In).

A new international trailer for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy has made its way online. I don’t think the film needs an introduction anymore but in case you don’t keep up with your movie news, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy is the upcoming film from Swedish director Tomas Alfredson (Let The Right One In).

Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy and Colin Firth are just some of the superb actors that will show up in this spy thriller based on the acclaimed novel by John Le Carre.

Set for a November 18th release, it’s hard not to be excited for this one. Aside from the excellent cast and promising director, I for one, find the source material pretty intriguing. I haven’t read the novel but I love a good spy thriller and it’s been some time since we’ve seen one. The story presented here looks rather compelling and I can already tell that this one will have me pinned to me seat.

With Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, it looks like we’ll be getting a taut and deeply engaging spy thriller with some top notch performances. There is already Oscar buzz surrounding Oldman’s performance, with critics calling it the actor’s best work yet and the whole cast really looks to be giving it their best.

My only worry is that it may become a bit too complicated. Apparently the novel is quite complex and if the screenplay didn’t handle the adaptation well, audience members may get lost, which would just suck them right out of the film.

Aside from that though, all signs point to great for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and I’m eagerly anticipating the release.
