We’ve been hearing for a while now that The Joker may be showing up in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. There hasn’t been any official confirmation on the matter just yet, but evidence does continue to mount. Case in point: Jared Leto recently made a 24 hour trip to London, which is where the upcoming DC Comics adaptations is currently shooting.

Now, the trip could have been made for any number of reasons, but why else would the actor be going all the way over there for such a short period of time? A cameo seems highly likely, and that’s what most of the speculation on the web is pointing to, but the more important question right now is how exactly would the Clown Prince of Crime even factor into Justice League?

A flashback could work, as could having The Joker show up in some kind of post-credits sting to set up the solo Batman film. Without having seen Suicide Squad yet though, it’s difficult to say. We do know that the Caped Crusader has a role in the David Ayer-helmed film though, so it wouldn’t be that crazy to see Leto show up in Justice League as well.

Unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait at least another month or so before anything concrete starts to form on the matter, but as of now, I’d say that there’s definitely a good chance of seeing the iconic villain show up in Snyder’s upcoming movie.
