Kristen Wiig Doesn’t Want A Bridesmaids Sequel

Although rumors of a Bridesmaids sequel have been floating around for a while, it looks like it might not happen.

In a chat with E! Online, Jon Hamm, who had a small but memorable part in the film, said the film’s star, Kristen Wiig, may not want to do a sequel.

“I don’t think Kristen is going to do it,” he said.

Both director Paul Feig and breakout star Melissa McCarthy have expressed interest in a sequel, but who knows if it will happen without Wiig, who also co-wrote the film.

As for Hamm? He’s not doing a sequel without her.

“They need to lock [Wiig] up before me,” he said.
