We are, of course, referring to the one and only Donald Glover, who’s about to slip into the cape of Billy Dee Williams, the original Lando Calrissian who smooth-talked his way into our hearts in The Empire Strikes Back.

Fast forward to 2018, and Lucasfilm is now plotting a whole new movie, aptly titled Solo: A Star Wars Story, which traces Han’s galactic journey from dreamy idealist to wise-cracking smuggler. It’s one that will purportedly unfold across a period of six years and dive deep into the galaxy’s shady underworld, as Ron Howard and his team document the defining moments of Han Solo’s life – including his first fateful encounter with Lando Calrissian.

And with the film now only about a month away, EW’s lifted the lid on two brand new photos, one which features the aforementioned Lando looking impossibly cool and the other one showing off the lovable duo that is Han and Chewie.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about the fan favorite Lando and what to expect from him, here’s what Solo‘s stars teased:

“Lando’s always the best-dressed person on that set. And I don’t say that lightly. There’s a lot of cool costumes and a lot of cool clothing,” Glover told EW. “He takes pride in the clothing. It makes things easier. When people see you and you’re debonair, they tend to want to give you stuff easier.”

“[Han and Lando’s] relationship is many different things, as it is when you see them in the original films,” adds Alden Ehrenreich. “I think they have very different styles.”

Despite a bumpy production in which Ron Howard replaced Phil Lord and Chris Miller behind the camera, Solo: A Star Wars Story has now been cleared for take-off. Its destination? The Cannes Film Festival on May 15th, before hitting theaters on May 25th.
