Yahoo has released a trailer for the upcoming thriller, The Ledge. The film is written and directed by Mathew Chapman and it stars Patrick Wilson, Liv Tyler, Terrence Howard and Charlie Hunnam. The film opened at Sundance a few months ago and received mediocre reviews. It does look interesting though and I’m keeping my hopes high. Check out the official synopsis and trailer below:
Gavin, a young college professor, has stepped out onto the ledge of a high-rise building, determined to jump. However, a detective, who has recently suffered his own tragedy, is sent to talk Gavin down. And as the detective and the professor discuss the circumstances that have brought them to the brink of suicide, they’ll need to convince each other that life is worth living.
The Ledge is being released on demand May 25th, 2011 followed by a limited release on June 29th, 2011.
