Maleficent To Feature Angelina Jolie’s Daughter As Young Princess

Angelina Jolie’s daughter Vivienne will be playing a minor role in Walt Disney Studios’ upcoming film Maleficent. The young girl will play Princess Aurora, the same character that Elle Fanning is set to play. Of course, Vivienne will play the character at a younger age in the film, which is currently scheduled for release in 2014.

For those who don’t know, Maleficent focuses on the story and origins of Sleeping Beauty’s villain, the title character of the new live-action film and self-described “Mistress of All Evil,” who curses Princess Aurora in the iconic 1959 Disney movie.

Linda Woolverton (Alice In Wonderland) will pen the script and Robert Stromberg will direct four-year-old Vivienne Jolie Pitt alongside her mother in her film debut.

No word yet if any of Jolie’s other children are working on anything, but given her resemblance to Nadya Suleman, and her expanding collection of babies, I’m thinking an Octomom biopic could soon be in the cards. What do you think?
