Both Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle have been spotted in Atlanta this week, as the pair head back to set for Avengers: Endgame reshoots.

There are only 89 days left until we’ll all be seated in a theater waiting for Avengers: Endgame to start. That’s not too far away now and while you might think that the film would already be completed, or pretty close to completed, it looks like the Russo Brothers and their cast are still hard at work, with many of the actors heading back in front of cameras for what should be the final bit of shooting.

This means that Endgame will have an unusually long production schedule, as the bulk of it went down in the second half of 2017, with additional work happening in September and October. Now, the directors are likely capturing the final pickups/reshoots which they may have found they needed during the editing process. And, thanks to a couple of social media posts, we’re starting to get an idea of who’s returned.

Just take this photo in the gallery down below, for example. First shared on Reddit, it sees a fan coming across Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle in Atlanta, where Endgame is currently shooting. It doesn’t look like they’re on set and there’s absolutely nothing in this pic that gives anything away about what the reshoots are capturing, but it’s nice to get a look at the actors regardless.

As we said above, though, they aren’t the only ones who are back on set. In fact, just last week Nebula actress Karen Gillan hopped on Twitter to tell us that she was “Washing the blue from under [her] fingernails one more time.” Furthermore, Zoe Saldana has shared a couple of videos of herself in Gamora makeup around the same time, telling us that the late Guardians of the Galaxy lead still has some more scenes to shoot.

And while we’ve been given no indication of what needs to be shot or reshot, we can’t imagine it’s anything too drastic or significant. After all, most major blockbusters will head back in front of cameras for additional photography after their initial shoot is done and it seems like Avengers: Endgame is no different.
