With the official spoiler embargo for Avengers: Endgame lifted earlier this week, Marvel has begun to publicly share new information and plot details regarding the current state of the MCU, warning those who have yet to watch the latest film to steer clear of any articles, posts, or videos. Just a few days ago, a brand new trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home debuted, revealing that Thanos’ universe-altering snap had ripped open the fabric of space and time, paving the way for a renewed focus on the Multiverse.
Earlier today though, Marvel went one step further, as the studio’s official Twitter account posted an unedited clip from Endgame that shows off Hulk’s new look. Those who’ve seen the newest Avengers film will already know the meek and mild Bruce Banner and the ferocious green giant have merged into one. While he’s never called by such in the movie, fans are starting to dub this new “version” Professor Hulk, in reference to the comic book character who first made an appearance in The Incredible Hulk #377.
In the aforementioned clip, Ant-Man, Black Widow, Captain America and Professor Hulk are seen enjoying breakfast in a quaint diner. Having recently escaped from the Quantum Realm, Lang had proposed the idea of using time travel to undo the devastating effects of Thanos’ snap, which eliminated half of all life forms from the universe.
During their meal, Hulk took the time to explain how he managed to merge the brains of Bruce Banner and the raw power of his alter ego. Before the scene comes to an end, a few young children ask to have their photo taken with the lovable green giant, which leads to a hilarious exchange involving Ant-Man.
This new video only features minor spoilers, but if you’ve yet to see it, make sure you catch Avengers: Endgame while it’s still in theaters.
