The roles for the main cast of Timur Bekmambetov’s Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter are now nearly complete. Today, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Mary Elizabeth Winstead, seen most recently as Ramona in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, will play Lincoln’s wife Mary Todd. The film is based on the novel by Seth Grahame-Smith, about the former President learning to hunt vampires.
Winstead joins a cast that already includes Benjamin Walker, Anthony Mackie and Dominic Cooper. Scoot McNairy, the actor from Monsters is also in talks for a role. It should be starting up production soon and heading for a June 2012 release.
Looks like a real solid cast to me, what do you think?
