Matt Damon returns to the Bourne franchise bolder, badder and more ruthless than ever. That’s what the promotional materials released so far are leading us to believe, anyway. If you thought there was nowhere else for Jason Bourne to run – you’re wrong.

The fifth installment in the series marks a reunion of Damon and his two-time Bourne helmer Paul Greengrass, for what appears to be another pulse-pounding chapter of espionage. It’s that blend of action and thrills that take center stage in this brief 30-second TV spot. Unlike some of the more spoiler-filled ones of recent weeks, the focus is on Bourne’s raw emotion driving him on to uncover the truth behind more secret government shenanigans.

Thankfully, this teaser doesn’t dally too much with plot reveals; it mainly involves lots of punching. Cast your eyes over this newest clip along with a brand new international poster below, giving us a first proper look at Damon’s co-star Alicia Vikander. Relatively little is known about her role, but seeing her alongside Damon makes us believe it’s not just a supporting turn.

Joining the pair are Tommy Lee Jones, Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassel, Ato Essandoh, Scott Shepherd and Riz Ahmed. Jason Bourne arrives in theaters on July 29.
