Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson are officially dressed to kill, and ready to guard Earth from extra-terrestrial violence – even though they aren’t on no government list…

How do we know, you ask? The God of Thunder himself, Chris Hemsworth, has shared a really rather stylish new photo from the set of Sony’s Men in Black reboot, in which he’s standing next to the sharp-suited Tessa Thompson.

Last time the MCU duo shared the big screen, Sakaar was in uproar, as it was Taika Waititi’s Thor: Ragnarok that brought about the formation of the so-called ‘Revengers.’ That luckless, ahem, superteam even gets a shout-out in Chris Hemsworth’s latest Instagram post, which appears to be a cheeky selfie captured in between takes on the F. Gary Gray blockbuster. Crew members and filming apparatus can be spotted in the backdrop, but this photo is really all about the two smoldering leads.

Feast thy eyes on it in the gallery below (which also includes some pics that surfaced back in the summer):

Like we mentioned before, Straight Outta Compton and The Fate of The Furious helmer F. Gary Gray is calling the shots on Sony’s Men in Black reboot, which has Iron Man writers Matt Holloway and Art Marcum on script duties. So you can’t exactly claim that the 2019 sci-fi adventure has been left wanting for A-list talent. But can it become more than the sum of its parts? That’s the million-dollar question…

Black Ray Bans? Check. Neuralyzer? You betcha’. A pair of big-name actors to bring this franchise back from the brink? We’re confident Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson have that one covered, and we’ll find out if our hunch is correct once Men in Black descends into theaters on June 14th, 2019, when Kumail Nanjiani, Emma Thompson, Rafe Spall, and Liam Neeson will round out the stellar ensemble cast.
