Rumor has it we’ll be getting our very first trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in front of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War in May, but in the absence of some official promotional material in the meantime, we have a couple of interesting new tidbits for you here.

First up, the movie’s official logo (or at least a preliminary one) has been revealed via a bespoke duffel bag that a crew member put up for sale on eBay. Apparently the Aurebesh phrase featured on the bag translates to “Go rogue,” so not a lot for spoiler hounds to latch on to there.

A little more substantial is Hannibal actor Mads Mikklesen’s confirmation that his character is not a villain, as was initially rumored.  Here’s what he had to say in an interview from last year:

“No, my character is actually not a bad guy, and then I can not say more.”

Yes, that’s it – but this may also go some way to confirming a few other things we’ve heard about this mysterious fellow: word is Mikklesen is playing an Empire scientist named Galen, who feels guilty about his involvement in the creation of the Death Star and becomes the Rebel heroes’ inside man.

Take all of that with a large pinch of salt for now, but it would certainly be interesting if Mikklesen was playing a character like this. We’re bound to find out a lot more before Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters this December, so stay tuned.
