Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is coming up in just a few months, and as rumors continue to circulate around the internet about how much of the film has been reshot and what exactly Disney execs have changed, we’re left wondering just what we’re in store for come December.

Understandably, the cast and crew have been tight lipped when asked about what fans should expect, and right now, there’s a general feeling of uncertainty in regards to whether or not Rogue One will turn out to be the smash hit that its predecessor, The Force Awakens, was. Still, it’d be hard to deny that everyone is, at the very least, incredibly curious as to what director Gareth Edwards has cooked up here, including us.

That’s why when we got the chance to talk to Felicity Jones at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote her new movie A Monster Calls, we quizzed her about the upcoming Star Wars flick. Though she wouldn’t reveal much, the actress did tell us to expect a very different and more realistic adventure than we’re used to seeing from the series, stating that the film will feel fresh and unique.

That’s not much to go on, of course, but given that we’ve heard Disney’s been meddling quite a bit with Rogue One, it’s nice to hear that Edwards’ entry into the franchise will still be a breath of fresh air for fans who may be fatigued with the usual offerings from a galaxy far, far away.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story blasts into theatres on December 16th, 2016.
