In an extra special bumper blockbusting episode of The Tea & Crumpet Filmcast, Liam and Dom are joined once more by Matthew Lee and Dr. Lindsay Hallam to talk this week’s film releases as well as kick off a massive, all-encompassing post-mortem of the summer blockbuster season.
Episode 5 sees Dom take on the lukewarm, unfortunately Jennifer Aniston-led Life of Crime, before the gang at large tackles They Came Together and The Guest. Listeners can also look forward to a sprawling discussion of what’s turned out to be a pretty darn excellent summer of movies, featuring – among many other things – an enamoured, blow-by-blow account of watching Tom Cruise get repeatedly run over by a truck.
