Were you among the lucky few able to expunge that thoroughly obnoxious Super Bowl spot for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows from memory? If so, good for you – and I’m sorry, because Paramount has flooded the Internet with another new look at the movie that non-franchise devotees will probably recoil from with just as much force.

With two months to go until the movie’s June 3rd release, the studio is playing up this sequel’s explosive action (complete with an Avengers-aping attack on the turtles’ city) and brothers-for-life angle – and so the trailer is filled with more flipping cars and high-flying acrobatics than you can shake a katana at. Other than that, it really looks like the same sort of thing critics hated and general audiences lapped up back in 2014.

In other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles news, a WonderCon panel for the pic, attended by producers Andrew Form and Brad Fuller as well as co-stars Megan Fox and Stephen Amell, contained the revelation that comic Fred Armisen is taking on the key voice role of Krang, one of the Turtles’ most fearsome adversaries. “Anyone who’s a fan of Krang will love what Fred is doing,” Form said. “It’s unbelievable.”

Laura Linney, Will Arnett, William Fichtner, Brian Tee, Tyler Perry and Brittany Ishibashi all have supporting roles in the blockbuster pic, in which the four ninja-trained terrapins go into battle against new threats like mutated baddies Bebop and Rocksteady. Dave Green (Earth to Echo) directs this time around, taking the reins from Jonathan Liebesman.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits theaters June 3.
