Christopher Nolan’s trilogy of Batman movies featured some great Batmobile sequences, but the filmmaker’s desire to keep things practical restricted what he could do with them. Snyder, in comparison, goes all out, showcasing the iconic vehicle’s massive range of capabilities and the massive amount of damage the hero can do with it.
Utilizing the Batmobile as a weapon of sorts, the Caped Crusader uses it to take his enemies out, and while that’s sure to upset fans who don’t like to see Batman kill, this entire chase sequence still works as five or so minutes of pulse pounding action sure to leave a lasting impression on moviegoers.
