Peter Parker doesn’t feel so good…again.
Though a batch of set photos released earlier this week from next year’s Spider-Man: Far From Home saw actor Tom Holland in a pretty cheery mood, a new video posted to Twitter shows the teenage wall-crawler sitting pensively on a rooftop and looking a little despondent.
Taken from the shoot in East London, the video isn’t exactly high definition, but it gives us an early glimpse at the character dealing with an emotional burden of some sort. While the reasons behind this less-than-stellar mood are still ours to ruminate on, the young Spidey is hardly short on problems these days.

First of all, you’ve got Peter turning to dust at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, though not before he famously manages to tell us himself that he isn’t too happy about the situation. Evidently, the character has succeeded in pulling himself together in time for his next solo outing, but you can bet that Avengers 4 will give him plenty of fresh traumas to cope with, including possibly the death of his mentor Tony Stark if the speculation is to be believed. On top of all that, Spider-Man will be facing off against Mysterio, with Jake Gyllenhaal confirmed to play the classic villain and skilled illusionist.
On the bright side, at least Peter gets to go on holiday. As well as taking the character to the UK, the Jon Watts-directed film will have some scenes shot in Germany, along with New York. The title doesn’t lie then, though producer Kevin Feige has also hinted that it holds other meanings beyond the geographical.
Spider-Man: Far From Home kicks off Phase 4 of the MCU on July 5th, 2019.
