Brand New Trailer For The Dark Knight Rises

Spotted first by Comic Book Movie, a brand new trailer for The Dark Knight Rises has found its way online thanks to Nokia. The trailer features plenty of new footage and dialogue, including more of the Bane and Batman fight, more explosions and a potentially huge spoiler-ish line, so watch at your own risk. The trailer comes after a new TV spot was released yesterday and while it's pretty impressive, I think I still enjoyed the previous trailer more.

The trailer comes after a new TV spot was released yesterday and while it’s pretty impressive, I think I still enjoyed the previous trailer more.

Still, it promises a lot that we’ve come to expect from Christopher Nolan: great characters, an amazing visual sheen, an excellent score from Hans Zimmer (which you can hear more of here) and some humor, which tells us this isn’t going to be an entirely serious ride. The impressive array of trailers that have been put out for the film, including this one, tell us that Nolan is going to give us an epic final bow to his acclaimed Batman trilogy.

The Dark Knight Rises makes its way to theaters on July 20, 2012 and stars Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard and Anne Hathaway.
